Spoilers ahead and I want to say I haven’t enjoyed a book so very much in such a long time. My favorite part was when she figures out who she really oaul and then Prince Gregory The muttered snide comments are witty and biting, while the professions of love are sweetly clumsy.

I think about the 18 year old me, who finally put on make up and a nice dress turned to the mirror and just saw me staring back. But to love her back, Gregory would have to look past the blinding Rebecca to rudnickk the real girl inside. Best scene in story: It’s still nothing amazing, but I enjoyed it. It was actually quite refreshing to simply acknowledge and accept, instead of grappling with a pseudo-explanation as to how these bizarre things were taking place.

She’s flawed, but she’s brave. Much like the rest of the book. There was never a point where I wasn’t interested in what was going on. It’s just a spot-on caricature of a teenage super-fan, and it’s brilliant.
