The publisher has zero materials cost I paid for the reader yet they apparently wish to keep perceived value up or some such idiocy.
Kydd, we would likely feel exactly as he did — lost, alone, scared and without a hint of what to do. Artemis by Julian Stockwin. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. The ship gets sailed immediately into the sea shattering all the hopes of Thomas Kydd to return back to his srockwin life. His near desertion came as a surprise.

All of these are great authors, but I find Julian Stockwin to be the best author by far. Which us the starter?
I’ve read the O’Brian books and thought it would be difficult to meet or surpass his books but was surprised and pleased to find an engaging read. The Thomas Kydd series is a series of novels based on the historical fiction and adventure genres, written by the well known English author Julian Stockwin. Based on dramatic real events, it is classic storytelling at its very best, rich with action with exceptional characters and a page-turning narrative.
